This weekend we went to Prophetstown State Park in Indiana. We were camping with Jen's friends Bob and Holly and their two kids Carson and Alison. We chose the campground because it is close to equidistant between us in Glen Carbon and where they live in Michigan.
The campground was one of the best I have been to and I think some of it was due to the fact that it seemed relatively new. We got two campsites next to each other so that we could hang out together. It was good fun and Euan had a great time getting to play with the older kids.
We did a hike round the trail near the campsites, it was nice and easy through the prairie and as usual Euan had a great time, and why wouldn't he when he's getting carried on my back.
