On Friday night I bought a roof box for the car so we can carry more stuff when we go camping, which is what we are planning to do next weekend. Next weekend is a holiday weekend so get the Friday and Monday off work. Heading to Oklahoma.
On Saturday we took the bikes over the state line into Illinois to a place called Alton. Cycled some of the trails that follow the Mississippi until lunchtime. Then we met with friends at their water ski club and hung out on one of their boats for a little while. Then in the evening we headed to one of my friends places for a party. He throws a party each year for all his clients, he is the guy who helped me find this condo, and he provided all the food and beer, was a good night.
Sunday was spent recovering and catching up on the mundane things like housework.
