Washington State Park

This weekend we had the first signs that spring is on its way with a little bit of decent weather, still a bit chilly but nice and sunny. On Sunday we went to Washington State park with the dogs and did a 10 mile hike. Was a nice hike and all the better for not seeing anybody else really for the whole hike, so like we had the place to ourselves.

After the hike we had a bit of the munchies so went to a restauraunt recommended to us. It was an Ethiopian restaurant which was very good. I was a little bit confused at first as there was no cutlery, however that was how they did it, with their fingers. All the dishes came with a "bread" made from infera, made from a cereal unique to ethiopia and kind of looked like and felt like a mix between a crepe and a thin pancake. The idea was to use the bread to pick up the other bits and pieces. I would recommend it to anyone who has the chance to try it.
